Alcyone Plantation
Alcyone is located 15 miles south of Valdosta, GA. Because this is technically a destination wedding for our families from Atlanta, we will be having a small and intimate event for friends and family.
Alcyone is an authentic pre-civil war cotton plantation surrounded by dozens of live oaks dripping with Spanish moss. We hope to "wow" our guests as soon as they turn down the drive.
We are beyond excited as this will be the wedding of our dreams! As JD says, our wedding will truly be "Southern prep, with a modern step."

Meeting on Monday with the girl who will "fingers crossed" hopefully be our photographer!
